Grammy award winning cellist, David Darling peacefully passed away at his home on Friday, January 8, 2021. David was born in Elkhart, Indiana on March 4, 1941. He was a lifetime educator of music and improvisation, a prolific recording artist, performer and co-founder of Music for People Inc. He is survived by his daughter Jessica Darling and his daughter Bonnie Darling and his granddaughter Erin Shea and their family Lukas Peaslee Sr and Lukas Peaslee Jr. No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned. Celebrate David’s life with donations to Music for People, Inc. at www.musicforpeople.org
